1. Definitions

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

• Maintain only one account per person. Multiple accounts (also known as duplicate accounts) are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• Complete KYC verification within 7 days of your first withdrawal request by submitting a clear photo of your Indonesian KTP (national ID card) and proof of address.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

11tbet accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp).

• Minimum deposit amount: Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider.
• You must deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• We reserve the right to refuse deposits from sources we believe may be associated with money laundering or fraudulent activity.
• Deposit bonuses are subject to specific terms outlined in Section 5 (Bonuses and Promotions).

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

You may withdraw your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100,000 per transaction.
• Your account must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, etc.) are typically processed within 5-15 minutes during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB). Outside these hours, processing may take up to 1-2 hours.
• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are usually processed instantly, subject to the e-wallet provider's availability.
• You must withdraw to the same payment method used for deposits where technically feasible.
• We reserve the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals (over Rp 50,000,000).
• Any active bonus funds must meet their wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.

3.3 Transaction Fees

11tbet does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

4. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

4.1 General Betting Principles

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after placement, except where our system explicitly offers a "Cash Out" feature.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by game type and are displayed in each game interface. Maximum bet limits apply and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect collusion, arbitrage betting, or other unfair practices.
• In the event of obvious technical errors (such as incorrect odds display), we reserve the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• For sports betting, if an event is abandoned, postponed by more than 24 hours, or otherwise not completed, bets will be voided unless settlement has already been determined (e.g., first-half markets).

4.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

Sports betting at 11tbet includes football (including bandar bola markets covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Champions League, and international tournaments), basketball, tennis, badminton, MotoGP, e-sports, and other sports. Specific rules apply:

• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to be successful. If any selection is void, the parlay odds are recalculated excluding that selection.
• Asian Handicap (voor bola) bets follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules. Quarter-goal handicaps may result in partial win/loss outcomes.
• Live in-play betting odds update in real-time. During high-action moments (e.g., penalty kicks), bet acceptance may be briefly suspended.
• Settlement is based on the official result as declared by the governing sports authority (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, FIBA). Subsequent appeals or result changes do not affect settlement.

4.3 Casino, Slots, and Togel Rules

• Live casino games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, etc.) follow standard international rules as displayed in each game's help section.
• Slot games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Each spin is independent and previous results do not influence future outcomes.
• For togel (lottery betting), results are based on official draws from Singapore Pools (Togel SGP), Hong Kong Jockey Club (Togel HK), Sydney Pools (Togel SDY), and other authorized lottery operators. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations by these third-party operators.
• Malfunction voids all pays and plays. If a game malfunctions during a round, the round will be voided and stakes refunded.

• Exploiting technical errors or loopholes in bonus terms.
• Using automated betting software or bots.

6. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts through your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Restrict your total losses over a specified period.

• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your account for periods from 24 hours to 6 months or indefinitely.

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain unfair advantage.

7.2 Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we suspect violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any behavior that undermines the integrity of our platform. In such cases, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and we are under no obligation to refund deposits or pay out winnings that we believe were obtained through violations of these terms.
